I am just assuming a windows-based network, so your mileage may vary, but if it's a windows/active directory/exchange set-up, then you go to the old user in Active Directory Users and Computers, go to the "Exchange advanced" tab, click "Mailbox rights", add the new user and give them full mailbox access (Assuming this is what you want, adjust permissions to suit your need).Īnd the new user should have both mailboxes in their outlook and full access to both. ![]() ![]() If you're absolutely determined that the old user's email needs to be in the new user's mailbox you could open the old user's mailbox as a second mailbox in the new user's outlook after granting permissions on the exchange server, select all and just drag it over.
